Founder/Chief Developer/Manager: Led software design and development services and project management for geospatial projects including disaster response applications, tidal energy location services, urban planning and modeling systems, embedded systems development, training and education services. Current Contract (2009 - Present) - NOAA: Lead Developer / Team Lead on the Environmental Response Management Application (ERMA), a geospatial decision support tool most notably used as the Common Operational Picture (COP) during the Deep Water Horizon oil spill response and continues to evolve to support disaster response for NOAA and the U.S. Coast Guard.

GIS Programmer/Manager: Served as lead program manager of organizational software infrastructure development, including development of real-time decision support tools based upon Open Source GIS technology.

Research Fellowship – Environmental Science: Thesis: “Application of Web-Based GIS in Coastal Margin Observatories”. Research included desktop GIS (ESRI, GRASS, QGIS), Web- based GIS (Mapserver, ArcIMS, PostGIS, GDAL), database (Postgres, PostGIS, SQLServer, MySQL, SQLite), and remote sensing.
